Candidate Process

forward a comprehensive CV with a covering letter outlining your needs.

place your details on our database.

When
your needs, skills and knowledge are matched with a vacancy we contact
you and invite you for an initial interview with us.

During
that interview we will discuss the vacancy and ask you to confirm your
interest in the vacancy and gain your authorisation to present your application
to our client.

Should
you be invited for an interview with our client, we will agree times and
dates with you. We confirm your interview in writing, if time allows,
and forward our Interview Appointment card which helps you to prepare.

After
your interview, please contact us and give us honest feedback. We
follow up with our client and give you honest feedback.
|
|

If
you are offered the position, our client will contact you direct with a
formal offer in writing.
|
|

|
When
you have secured a new opportunity, we ask you to let us know - it
helps us maintain an accurate, up-to-date database.
